Proudly working with Leeds City Council over the past few years, Motiv have been commissioned to produce an animated film which highlights the role of Lord Mayor and the charitable nature of the position.
We had fun creating our Owl character, design based on the famous Leeds Owl which features in the Leeds City logo. This character leads us through the story and works across a brief of making sure it wasn’t gender or ethnic specific, a character that gives gravitas to the Lord Mayor role, who this year we also interviewed for the end section.
